Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical Chemist to support the development, optimization, and validation of our cancer antigen rapid diagnostic tests. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in chemical analysis and method development to help ensure the accuracy, stability, and reliability of our products throughout the R&D and production lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and perform analytical testing to evaluate assay components, raw materials, and final products
  • Develop, validate, and optimize methods for quantitative and qualitative chemical analysis
  • Conduct stability and shelf-life studies for diagnostic reagents (buffers, antigens, antibodies, conjugates)
  • Analyze and interpret data using techniques such as UV-Vis, HPLC, FTIR, mass spectrometry, and other relevant methods
  • Support the formulation and quality control of assay reagents in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biochemistry, R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing
  • Document findings with precision for internal records, regulatory submissions, and technical reports
  • Assist in scale-up and tech transfer processes to manufacturing

Qualifications

  • B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline
  • 2–7 years of experience in analytical chemistry, ideally within IVD, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, MS, FTIR)
  • Understanding of assay component stability and compatibility in diagnostics
  • Familiarity with method development and validation per ICH and regulatory guidelines
  • Experience with lateral flow or immunoassay components is a strong plus
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of GLP, GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA QSR standards preferred
